The Blueprint Athletic Training Program
I created this program for all athletes around the world who want to train how I train. Being a former athlete, I understand the importance of training and taking care of your body. I believe that athletes should have an understanding of their bodies and should be able to translate training into their sport. Just because you're working hard, doesn't mean it is progress. But, most importantly I learned from my challenging journey that mentality is the most important thing. You can't be great if your mentality isn't there.
So starting this program, realize that its YOU vs YOU. No one is looking, no one is physically there to push you. You have to want this for yourself. Some of the best athletes in history were made when no one was looking. I created this program to combine quality movements, & intensity to help you develop a better understanding of your body, become mentally stronger and an all-around better athlete.
